摘要
M PLS技术是对传统IP over ATM技术的改进,是目前主流的宽带骨干网技术之一。简要介绍了M PLS的工作原理及一些关键机制,讨论了M PLS的路由技术,其基本思想就是边缘的路由和核心的交换。最后,对M PLS的发展前景进行了展望。
MPLS is an improvement of the conventional IP over ATM technology,which is the one of major technology of wide -- band on backbone network. This paper presents the principles of MPLS,the main mechanism of MPLS technology,and mainly discusses the routing technology of MPLS,whose fundamental idea is boundary routing and central switching. At last ,is expects the futures of MPLS technology.
