摘要
目的探讨住院精神病患者合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的健康教育形式。方法自制调查表对147例住院精神病合并T2DM患者随机分成3组进行不同形式的健康教育1个月,A组集体教育64例,B组以小组形式45例,C组单个形式38例,完成健康教育后1个月比较3种健康教育效果,资料经χ2检验进行统计分析。结果健康教育能增加患者的疾病知识;单个形式优于集体和小组形式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院精神病合并T2DM患者开展单个形式的健康教育效果好。
Objective To explore the health education form for the hospitalzed patients with mental illness merging T2 diabetes. Methods Through self-made survey form, 147 mental patients with merging 2-diabetes were divided randomly into three groups to receive different form health education for one month, with 64 cases receiving collective education in group A,45 cases receiving group form in group B,and 38 cases receiving single form in group C. After completing the health education for one month,3 kinds of health education effects were compared,and χ^2 examination statistical analysis was conducted. Results The health education can increase patientst knowledge towards the disease; the single form was better than the collective and the group form,with statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The health education in the form of single form would achieve good effect on the mental patient with merging 2-diabetes.
