摘要
目的通过机体原结构方案的有限元分析和试验对比,对6135柴油机机体有限元模型进行改进,为机体结构改进提供合理的有限元模型.方法采用静载荷下刚度试验和有限元分析对比结果改进原始结构有限元模型,以改进后的单元分布形式和模型简化程度为依据,建立机体改进方案的计算模型.结果对原始结构方案进行多次模型的改进和计算,得到与试验结果相符的有限元模型,并在此基础上进行分析.结论改进后新方案的试验结果表明,采用对比方法建立的有限元模型精确度满足工程要求.
