摘要 应用模态分析理论,对YT4135Z柴油机机体的动态特性进行了研究。在I-DEAS9.0软件平台上建立了机体的三维实体模型,并对其进行了合理的简化,选用四面体单元对机体三维实体模型进行了网格划分,建立了机体的有限元模型。采用工程上常用的Lanczos法计算出机体约束模态的固有频率和振型,通过振型分析,找到机体振动的薄弱部位,并提出了相应的修改措施,从而为YT4135Z柴油机机体结构的改进设计及机体的动态响应分析提供可靠的依据。本文分析表明,对机体上加强筋结构和布置进行优化设计能有效提高机体的刚度。 Modal analysis theory was applied to research dynamic characteristics of YT4135Z diesel engine block. 3D geometric model of the engine block was established on the platform of IDEAS 9.0, and was simplified reasonably. With the use of tetrahedral elements to mesh 3D geometric model of the diesel engine block, the FEM model was constructed. Inhere frequencies and mode shapes of YT4135Z diesel block under constraint conditions were worked out by using Lanczos which is the most polular method to solve constraint modal anslysis in engineering. The weak partitions of the engine block vibration were found by mode shape analysis, and the corresponding modifications were put forward, which can be seen as the reliable foundation for improving construction design and response analysis of the engine block. From the results in this paper the construction and arrangement optimization of the retaining ribs on the engine block can improve stiffness of the engine block.
