摘要
采用湿热试验法、SEM、XRD等对电镀锌层表面黑灰的影响因素进行了研究,结果表面,环境相对湿度低于65%,温度低于30℃,电镀锌层一般不会产生黑灰,随着温度和相对湿度的增加,锌层表面产生黑灰严重;电镀锌时结晶细致有利于抵抗黑灰的产生;锌层黑灰的主要成分是ZnO.
The influencing factor of black patina film on galvanization layer is studied by moist heat experiment,SEM and XRD. It was shown that the black patina film couldn't appear when environmental relative humidity is under 65% and temperature is under 30℃, but with the increase of environmental relative humidity and temperature, the black patina film was serious. The black patina film would be reduced because of compact crystal of galvanization layer. The main composition of black patina film is ZnO.
