摘要
利用自制的模拟重力高速电镀槽,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)和粗糙度仪检测,研究了在硫酸盐镀锌过程中,添加剂对镀锌层形貌、耐蚀性和表面粗糙度的影响。结果发现,加入88系列添加剂后,高速镀锌层的表观质量、微观形貌、粗糙度和耐蚀性均有所提高,并对其进行了机理探讨。
With the aid of scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectra and roughness instrument, the effects of additives on the morphology, corrosion resistance and roughness of zinc deposit in the process of sulfate zinc plating are studied in self-made gravity high-speed plating bath. The results show that 88 series additives can lead to fine crystal, low roughness and good corrosion resistance, The mechanism for the improvement is also presented.
