摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定氯唑沙宗片的方法。方法:采用Hypersil BDS-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(40∶20∶40);柱温:24℃;检测波长:281nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:氯唑沙宗进样量在0.0804~0.8044μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.99%,RSD=0.36%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Chlorzoxazone Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The Hypersil BDS-C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and water (40:20:40), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 281 nm. The column temperature was 24℃. Results: The linear ranges of chlorzoxazone was at 0.080 4-0.804 4μg (r=0.999 7), the average recoveries was 99.99% with a RSD of 0.36%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of Chlorzoxazone Tablets.
