摘要
铁路行包运输网络构成的特殊性以及铁路行包运输组织的特定要求,使得当前市场环境下铁路行包运输方案的编制问题日益复杂。针对铁路行包运输的特点,从全局优化角度出发,提出铁路行包运输方案的混合优化编制方法,建立以利润最大为目标的铁路行包运输方案的线性规划模型。模型充分考虑了不同时效要求的行包运输需求,以及在列车运输能力和车站作业能力不足的情况下,列车运输能力在各车站之间和各类需求之间的平衡分配。以中铁快运行包运输网络及实际运营数据进行实例验证,计算结果表明模型较为有效。
Due to the specific network structure and particular rules of railway luggage & package shipping organization, working out of the railway luggage & package shipping plan becomes more and more complicated in the current market environment. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of railway luggage & package shipment, an optimized mixed planning method is proposed, and a linear programming model is formulated with profit maximization as the objective function. The model takes into full account constrained capacity utilization of trains, limitation of the operational capacity at train stations, and customers' requests of delivery time and etc. A case study is performed using the real data from the China Railway Express Co. Ltd, and the result shows the planning model is effective.
