摘要
对于一个公路网的发展如何使投资发挥大的效益?本文通过采用交通流平衡分配模型对公路网各发展方案的模拟,提出了对发展方案的排序模型及算法,为公路网发展及规划提供依据。
How to get higher profit from the capital investment by improvinga highway network?The paper suggests an ordering model andalgorithm for various investment projects after each project issimulated with eguilibrium assignment model.The model can beapplied to make the decision in improving or planning a highwaynetwork.
