摘要
对高校外文期刊的采购现状做了分析,针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。今后应在保证重点外刊连续性的前提下,也要优先考虑购买网络电子期刊数据库,适当增加电子期刊的收藏比例。通过加强馆际协作和网络信息整合,最终实现全国高校图书馆外刊文献资源的共建共享。
This paper discussed the purchasing situations of foreign periodicals in the university libraries, and accordingly put forward some strategies on the bases of the existing problems, Thereafter, the continuity is prerequisite to purchasing the lead- ing periodicals in the future. At the same time, the databases of the network electronic periodicals were prioritized to increase the rates of purchasing and collection. The goals of corporate construction and shared resources of foreign periodicals were achieved in all of the national university libraries with the reinforcement of inter-library collaboration and the integration of network information.
