分析了外文期刊招标采购的背景,阐述了外文期刊招标采购的技术流程,指出了外文期刊招标采购必须注意的几个问题。
This paper analyzes the background of foreign periodicals purchasing by public bidding, expounds the technical flow of foreign periodicals purchasing by public bidding, and points out several problems needing attention in the foreign periodicals purchasing by public bidding.
