摘要
目的:了解北京地区女性生殖道感染(RTI)现状,掌握其分布特点及发病趋势。方法:汇总2008年北京地区16个区县的医院妇产科、计划生育及婚检科等相关门诊女性生殖道感染性疾病检出结果,对女性RTI的患病状况进行统计分析。结果:女性RTI的患病率为6.03%,其中远郊区县、近郊及城区的患病率分别为7.64%、4.83%、3.91%,远郊区县的患病率最高。细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎、衣原体感染、盆腔炎、尖锐湿疣的患病率在远郊区最高。不同种类的RTI的患病情况有差异,霉菌性阴道炎的患病率最高为2.40%,其次为细菌性阴道病。性病门诊RTI检出率最高,为47.43%,婚检科门诊为5.39%。结论:应加强对远郊区县妇女RTI的干预,加强近郊区梅毒、淋病的监控,加大健康教育工作力度。城乡各级医疗门诊,要多科室相互协作,统一RTI诊治规范,降低RTI对母儿的危害,不断提高北京地区妇女的生殖健康水平。
Objective：To master reproductive tract infection （RTI）＇s character and prevalence tendency by analysis of the actual state of female RTI in Beijing.nethods：The results of the female RTI in the 16 districts of Beijing in 2008 were collected.The actual state of RTI was statisticly analyzed.Results：The morbidity rate of RTI was 6.03% in Beijing.The morbidity rate of RTI of exurb region,suburb region and ineity region was 7,64%,4.83%,3,91%,respectively.It indicated that the high prevalence of RTI in exurb region of Beijing. The morbidity rate of bacterial vaginosis,trichomonas vaginitis,choamydiae infection,pelvic inflammatory disease,ondyloma acuminatum was higher in exurb region.There was distinction of type of RTI.The supreme of morbidity rate of RTI was Monilia infection （2.40%）,and the secondly was Bacterial vaginosis.The morbidity rate of RTI in venereal clinic was the highest （47.43%）,however,it should be paid more attention that the morbidity rate of RTI in premarital department of hospital was 5.39%.Conclusion：The prevention of RTI in exurb region,control of syphilis and gonorrhea in suburb region should be improved.Also,the health education should be further enhanced.The diagnosis and treatment of all the patients with RTI should be applied to unified standard criteria.So that to improve female reproduction health in Beijing and decrease of RTI endanger maternal and fetal continuously.
