摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期生殖道感染对妊娠结局的临床危害及其影响。方法:通过分析2013年5月至2016年5月医院收治的94例妊娠产妇的临床资料,根据是否发生生殖道感染分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组孕妇妊娠结局,探讨妊娠期生殖道感染对妊娠结局的危害和影响。结果:观察组患者不良妊娠率显著高于对照组,胎儿存活率则显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇早产、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、新生儿低体重、胎膜早破以及死胎6种不良妊娠类型发生率均高于对照组对应发生率,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期孕妇生殖道感染会增加胎儿不良妊娠风险,胎儿存活率也显著下降,加强对妊娠期生殖道感染孕妇的临床治疗对降低不良妊娠率、降低新生儿死亡率有一定的临床价值。
Objectives： To investigate the hazards and impact of reproductive tract infections during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome. Methods： The clinical data of 94 pregnant women in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were studied and divided into observation group and control group according to the existence of reproductive tract infection. The pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared to analyze the impact of reproductive tract infections during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome. Results： The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was significantly higher and the fetal survival rate was significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidences of premature birth,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal low birth weight,stillbirth and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Reproductive tract infections during pregnancy increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome and significantly decreases fetal survival rate. Therefore,targeted treatment should be strengthened in clinical to reduce to incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
