摘要
目的分析安徽省大规模白内障防盲手术中人工晶体测量度数的分布特点。方法统计2008年安徽省民生工程项目中白内障手术患者10218例,记录人工晶体度数的测量方法、测量值。结果人工晶体测量度数的分布状态:最大值38.90D,最小值-14.00D,中位数21.00D,<4.00D频率为3.1%,4.00D≤IOL<10.00D频率为4.1%,10.00D≤IOL<15.00D频率为4.7%,15.00D≤IOL<17.00D频率为4.6%,17.00D≤IOL<19.00D频率为8.7%,19.00D≤IOL<21.00D频率为21.3%,21.00D≤IOL<23.00D频率为30.4%,23.00D≤I-OL<25.00D频率为16.1%,25.00D≤IOL<27.00D频率为5.3%,27.00D≥频率为1.3%。结论安徽省白内障防盲手术中人工晶体测量度数呈负偏峰分布,有集中趋势,17.00D≤IOL<25.00D的频率为76.5%。
Objective To analyze the distribution of intraocular lens diopter in large-scale cataract surgery for prevention of blindness in Anhui province. Methods A total of 10218 patients from the. People's Livelihood Projects of Anhui Province in 2008 were studied .The IOL diopter values measured before operation, and measurement methods were recorded. Results The distribution of intraocular lens diopter, maximum 38.90D, minimum-14.00D, median 21.00D, The frequency of different diopter values:〈4.00D frequency of 3.1%, 4.00D IOL〈10.00D frequency of 4.1%, 10.00D ≤ IOL 〈15.00D frequency of 4.7%, 15.00D ≤ IOL〈17.00D frequency of 4.6%, 17.00D ≤ IOL〈 19.00D frequency of 8.7%, 19.00D ≤ IOL 〈21.00D frequency of 21.3%, 21.00D ≤IOL 〈 23.00D frequency of 30.4%, 23.00D ≤IOL〈25.00 D frequency of 16.1%, 25.00 D ≤ IOL 〈27.00 D frequency of 5.3%, 27.00 D ≥frequency of 1.3%. Conclusion The distribution of intraoeular lens diopter in cataract surgery for prevention of blindness in Anhui province was a negative bias peak, there is tendency, 17.00 D ≤ IOL〈25.00 D frequency of 76.5%.
