Correlation of biological measurements in cataract eyes

摘要 目的:测量白内障患者的眼轴长度、角膜厚度、前房深度、晶状体厚度及角膜曲率,并分析其相关性,为眼部手术提供解剖基础。方法:采用A型超声、角膜测厚及角膜曲率仪为白内障患者1199眼的眼轴长度(OAL)、角膜厚度(CT)、前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)及角膜曲率(CC)进行检测并统计分析。结果:OAL:23.38±2.26mm;CT:中央(CT1)为505.00±42.38μm,周边以下方最厚678.18±54.50μm、鼻侧最薄627.44±79.05μm;ACD:2.91±0.46mm;LT:4.55±0.90mm;角膜曲率:水平径线(HK)44.09±1.75D、垂直径线(VK):44.13±1.61D。结论:白内障患者CT1与正常人相同,男女之间有差别,但年龄与其无相关关系。ACD与CT1是正相关(r=0.138,P=0.016),ACD与OAL是正相关(r=0.249,P<0.001),与LT是负相关(r=-0.290,P<0.001),LT较正常人眼厚。VK与HK呈正相关(r=0.685,P<0.001)而与LT无关。年龄与CT,VK,HK,ACD,LT及OAL间无相关关系。 AIM : To measure the ocular axis length (OAL), corneal thickness (CT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), lens thickness(LT) and corneal curvature(CC) in patients with cataract, study the correlations among them ,and provide anatomical data for ophthalmic surgery. METHODS: 1 199 eyes of patients with cataract were measured with type A ultrasonography, corneal pachymeter, and keratometer in OAL, CT, ACD, LT, and CC. Statistical analysis was carried out. ~ RESULTS: The OAL was 23. 38 ± 2. 26mm; central thickness of the cornea was 505.00 ± 42. 38μm; marginal thickness: inferior was the thickest (678.18 ± 54. 50μm) and nasal side was the thinnest (627.44 ± 79.05μm) ; ACD and LT were 2. 91 ± 0. 46mm and 4. 55 ±0. 90mm respectively; horizontal CC and vertical CC were 44.09 ± 1.75D and 44.13 ± 1.61D respectively. CONCLUSION: There was no difference about central thickness of the cornea between normal people and the patients with cataract, while there was difference between male and female. There was no correlation between corneal thickness and age. ACD was positively correlated with central thickness of the cornea( r= 0. 138, P= 0. 016), and ACD was positively correlated with OAL( r= 0.249, P〈 0.001 ), but negatively correlated with LT( r= -0. 290, P〈 0. 001 ). LT in patients with cataract was thicker than that in normal people. There was positive correlation between vertical CC and horizontal CC ( r = 0. 685, P 〈 0. 001 ), but there is no relationship between CC and LT. Age is not correlated with CT, CC, ACD,LT and OAL.
