摘要
大力倡导教育改革的宏观背景并没有使大学课堂教学质量得到应有的提升,我们认为提升大学课堂教学质量的有效途径是借鉴企业培训的方法,将企业培训法引进大学课堂。本文分析了将企业培训法引入大学课堂的必要性,可行性以及可能遇到的难题。
The quality of university classroom hasn＇t improved enough in despite of sparkplug teaching reform. Our viewpoint was introducing measures of training in enterprise into university classroom. The discourse analyzed the necessity and feasibility of introducing measures of training in enterprise into university classroom, and correlative knottiness.
