摘要
长期以来,中小学教师培训在提高教师素质上发挥了重要的作用,但其存在的一些问题也严重影响了培训的效果。提升教师培训质量的有效途径是借鉴企业培训的方法,将企业培训法引入教师培训具有必要性及可行性。
Primary and secondary school teachers＇ training has been playing an important role in improving teachers＇ quality,but some drawbacks also affect training results.Using corporate training methods for reference can promote teachers＇ training and it is necessary and feasible to introduce the methods into teachers＇ training.
