摘要
建立了绿色新农药病氰硝在烟草及土壤中的残留分析方法。在土壤中4.00、0.80、0.08mg/kg三个不同添加水平的回收率为87.58%~105.96%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.7%。在烟叶中2.40、0.80、0.08mg/kg三个不同添加水平的回收率为92.61%~108.14%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.4%。
This article mainly established the method to analysis the new green pesticide Bingqingxiao residues in soil and tobacco with RP-HPLC and Ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction methods. The relative standard deviations of this method for bingqingxiao in soil were between 2.1 and 8.7%. The recoveries ranged from 87.58 to 105.96%. The relative standard deviations of this method for Bingqingxiao in tobacco were between 1.6 and 5.4%. The recoveries ranged from 92.61 to 108.14%.
