一种新型气动单向阻车器的设计与研究

摘要 针对斜巷上平车场防跑车装置存在的缺陷,设计了新型气动单向阻车器,使上平车场处于单向常闭状态,上行车时顺利通过,下行车时自动阻车。正常下行车时,必须按下气阀气动打开阻车器,车体驶过松开气阀,气缸自动复位,阻车器在回复力(重力)的作用下迅速恢复常闭状态;上行车时,车底部压下阻车臂,矿车顺利通过,车体驶过恢复常闭;发生溜车时,自动阻车。关键技术为阻车臂和气缸推杆连接形式为凸轮连接,凸轮轮廓为渐开线,凸轮轮廓对气缸的反作用力只沿气缸轴线方向,气缸只受轴向力,有效保护了气缸。系统具有防止误操作,减轻工人劳动强度,提高操作环境安全系数,安装方便成本低的优点。 Aiming at the insecurity factors such as the defects of anti-sliding device in the slope roadway up-parking, a new type of pneumatic one-way retarder is designed to guarantee the up-parking normally closed, so the up train can pass successfully and the down train is stopped automatically. When the down train passing, the pneumatic valve must be pressed to open the retarder, and when the vehicles pass through the pneumatic valve, the cylinder can be automatic reset and the retarder can be rapid recovery to normally closed status by the effect of gravity. When the up train passing, the bottom of vehicle can press the retarder to pass successfully, and when the vehicles pass through, the retarder can be rapid recovery normally closed. The retarder can stop the sliding vehicle automatically. The key technique is that the connect form of the resistance arm and cylinder is in cam connection. The cam profile is involute and the reaction force of cam on the cylinder is only along the axis direction of cylinder, so the cylinder only bear the axial force, and the gas cylinder is protected effectively. This" system possesses the advantages such as preventing misoperation, reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving safety factor of operating environment, easy installation and low cost.
