Design of a new-type one-way normally closed tramcar stopper

摘要 针对斜巷轨道使用的各种阻车装置存在的缺陷,结合国内煤矿运输的现状和要求,设计了一种新型单向常闭阻车器,并使用了声光报警装置,实现了矿车上行自行通过、下行受控通过、被阻车辆自动放行以及阻车器未正常复位时自动报警。考虑到倾斜轨道的适用性,阻车器的阻车臂设计为重心可调式,使其在倾斜轨道上仍具有稳定性。本阻车器操作简便,安全可靠,具有较高的应用价值和市场潜力。 In view of the defects of various tramcar stoppers used in the inclined laneway, a new-type oneway normally closed tramcar stopper was designed in combination with current status and requirements of transportation in domestic collieries. The stopper was equipped with audible and visual alarm, and can realize automatic ascendant pass, controlled descendant pass of tramcar, and automatic pass after tramcar being stopped as well as automatic alarm while stopper being out of place. Considering the stopper adaptability on the inclined laneway, the barycenter of stopping arm was designed to be adjustable, which allow the stopper to stably operate on the inclined laneway. The stopper operated easily, safely and reliably, and has a high application value and market potential.
