摘要
幼儿园教研活动的有效开展,不仅依赖于教师、家长的多方参与,同时也需要扎根各类日常教学活动实践,并依托网络论坛等互动平台,开展互动式教研。从不同的视角聚焦特定的幼儿园教学问题,利用不同教研参与主体之间的相互作用、相互影响,既可以提升幼儿教师的专业素养,又可以丰富家长的育儿策略,推进幼儿园教育与家庭教育质量的提高,共同促进幼儿健康成长。
The development of teaching and research in the kindergarten not only depends on the participation of teachers and parents through some interaction platform, but also needs to root in the various daily teaching activities and practice. Through focusing, on the certain teaching problems from different perspectives and the interaction among the different participation of teaching and research, we can not only promote teachers' professional ability but also enrich the experience of parents' children rearing, and improve the quality of kindergarten and family education.
