摘要
计算了激光辐照涂层金属材料过程中温升和升温率。研究了45#钢表面状况受激光辐照产生的温度响应。给出了相同激光功率密度辐照下,不同厚度靶的后表面温度场分布以及不同激光光斑尺寸对后靶面的温升,并给出了对应的升温率随辐照时间、靶厚度的变化。
The temperature rise and its rate of coated 45# steel were calculated. The temperature varing with target thickness and laser intensity was analyzed. The influence of surface condition on temperature was also studied. Laser spot influence on temperature rise was given under the same laser power and target thickness. The temperature rise rate varing with irradiation time and target thickness was analyzed according to temperature rise.
