摘要
用金相和扫描电子显微镜对不同状态的镍-不锈钢复合板结合区的组织和成分分布进行了研究.结果表明,在该复合板的结合区存在着金属的塑性变形、熔化和原子间的扩散等微观特征.正是这些结合区内的冶金过程造成了不同金属之间的冶金结合.金相和各种电子显微装置在对这些冶金过程的研究中发挥了重要作用.
The paper introduces the structure and ingredient distribution of the bonding zone Ni-stainless steel composite plate in different states by metallograph and scanning electron microscope. The results show that metal plastic deformation, melting and spread between atoms exist in the bonding zone of the composite plate. Studies declare that just these metallurgy processes result in the metallurgy combination between different metals. At the same time, alloy phase diagram is an important tool in analyzing chemical and physical constituent mi-crostructure and microscopic mechanical properties of explosive composite material such as Ni-stainless steel and so on. But the functions of metal phase and every electron microscope technique can not be substituted in these analy-
sises.
