摘要
讨论了爆炸复合板在不同压下率轧制后有关参数的变化规律。指出,随轧制过程的进行和达到一定大的变形度后,爆炸态结合区的波形组织逐渐消失,结合界面变得平直。随压下率的增加抗拉强度增加;且组元的原始强度越高,增加速度及量越大。轧制过程中,复板和基板以相同的相对变形量和变形速度同时变形。
The paper deseribes the change of structure properties and thick parameter of explosive clad plate, which has been rolled with different processing rate. The author claims that the wave structure which is in the connection area of explosion, is gradually disappearing, and connected boundary surface is made straight. With processing rate increased, clad plate's strength of resisting strain is enhanced and the original strength is higher. This paper provides a new experimental experience on metal explosive welding.
