摘要
德国于2006年开始推行"卓越大学计划",该计划分为三部分,分别指向博士生培养、科研团队锤炼与一流大学建设,旨在通过加大投入的方式提升德国大学的竞争力。"卓越大学计划"的实施将为德国大学追赶世界一流起到推动作用,对我国"985工程"建设也有一定的启示。
The ＂Excellence Initiative＂ is carried out from 2006 to 2011 in Germany. The plan has three parts： to cultivate doctoral student, to refine scientific research team, and to construct first-class university. with the purpose of promoting German university＇s competitiveness through increasing investment. The implementation o4 this plan plays a promoting role in catching up with world-class university to some extent, and brings some beneficial inspiration for China＇s ＂985 Project＂ construction, for example, the aiding way, review procedure, doctoral training, etc.
