摘要
文章研究从时间和空间地域两方面宏观分析连城县农村宅基地利用现状,选择有代表性的部分农村宅基用地进行微观形态研究,探讨连城县农村宅基地利用存在的问题及原因,提出提高农村宅基地集约利用水平的建议和对策.
The macroscopical analysis is performed on current situation of homesteads in Liancheng County from the two aspects including time and space, and several representative ex- amples of rural homestead are chosen to make microscopic shape research. The research is aimed to ascertain the problems and related causes that occurred in the utilization of rural homestead in Liancheng County. Based on the research,due proposals and measures are offered in order to enhance intensive utilization level of rural homestead.
