摘要
目前,我国农村地区全部免征了农业税,在这一新形势下,抑制农资价格上涨过快,预防变相增加农民负担,发展“绿色生态”农业,建立农村各种保障制度等,可以促进农村经济和谐可持续发展。
At present, overwhelming majority rural areas have been reduced the agricultural tax in our country. Under this new situation, to prevent the price of agricultural materials from rising excessively, to prevent the ＂Peasant burden＂ from increasing in disguise, to develop ＂the green ecological agriculture＂, and to establish the safeguard system are the effective ways to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the rural economy.
