摘要
针对建筑围护结构(外墙)含水率层析测试的要求,从提高测试效率、减小方法误差考虑,研究了同面分布极片式电容传感器的结构形式,实现了不同深度含水率的解析,并利用CPLD实现测试逻辑控制,减少了硬件资源;为提高传感器的抗干扰能力,采取了保护电极和驱动电缆技术,讨论了驱动电缆技术的应用条件,使得传感器的总体性能达到宽范围的测试深度和较高测试灵敏度的要求。
In order to measure water content of construction walls in different depth with higher efficiency and less method error, the structure and size of the capacitive sensors are studied. A group of detecting nodes with different width and distance are designed according to different measuring depths. The CPLD is used to replace the I/O to reduce hardware resources. The protecting electrode and driving transmission wire are also used to increase the anti - interfere ability. By means of combination measurement, the water content in each layer can be obtained. Results show that the distribution of the water can be calculated from the equations and the accuracy and resolving power are decided by the amount of sensors.
