摘要
激光CCD厚度测量技术是计量与现代测试技术领域中的重要方法,具有非接触、高灵敏、高准确、高效率等特点,是当前最先进的测试技术之一。我们把这项技术应用在锌空电池极片的厚度测量中,用单片机作为核心处理单元,数码管显示极片厚度,并有步进电机驱动执行排去次品。经实验,取得了很好的效果。
Laser-CCD measure technology is the main and important method in the field of modem measure technology: It has many characteristics as un-touch measure, high-delicacy, high-efficiency etc. It is one of the most advance measure technologies .We apply this technologies to the thickness measurement system for the electrode slice ,which use the single chip microcomputer as the corn transaction cell to show the thickness of electrode slice by numeral electron tube and to eliminate the wasters by controlling the step-by-step motor. This experiment approves the good effect.
