白内障手术眼内感染的围手术期防治策略 被引量：16

摘要 白内障手术眼内感染是一种十分严重和对视力具有破坏性的术后并发症。20世纪初，其发生率高达10％。目前随着消毒、手术方法和抗生素应用方面的改进，绝大多数统计表明其发生率降至0．015％～0．360％，在我国，刘玉华和刘奕志”0报道7998例超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术中发生化脓性眼内炎17例（0．21％），也有报道发生率为0．02％。
