摘要
高校图书馆推行全面质量管理,是一次管理理念、管理方法的创新,其意义在于促进图书馆工作的科学性、规范性,提高工作效率,提高为用户服务的水平。推行全面质量管理,要从转变观念、提高认识入手,在此基础上制定切实可行的行动计划,同时要开展全员培训,提高全体馆员的业务能力与综合素质。
Enforcing TQM in university library is an innovation of management idea and management ways. Its importance is to promote more scientific and standard in library issues, to improve referenced and to enforce TQM , we must change our traditional idea at first , make a practicable plan and train our librarians to improve their capabilities.
