摘要
通过采用自制工作满意调查表对523名企业员工的工作满意度进行问卷调查。对工作满意度结构维度进行了探讨。探索性因素分析结果表明,企业员工的工作满意度主要体现在工作本身、工作回报、工作群体、工作背景、企业管理和企业经营,六因素结构的结果在验证性因素分析中得到了验证,其中性别、年龄、学历和职位等因素对企业员工的工作满意度的影响有的存在显著性水平。
By using self-made questionnaire of job satisfaction to carry out the questionnaire to the job satisfaction of 523 employees. Structure of job satisfaction dimensions is discussed. Exploratory factor analysis results showed that job satisfaction of employees mainly includes six factors: job itself, job wage, job group, job background, business management and business operations, the results of the structure of the six factors in the confirmatory factor analysis have been verified, factors such as sex, age, knowledge and position affect employees' job satisfaction to some extent.
