摘要
目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗眼底出血的疗效,为临床治疗眼底出血提供可靠方法。方法:采用银杏达莫注射液治疗眼底出血患者(银杏达莫治疗组)36例(41眼),采用复方丹参注射液治疗眼底出血患者(复方丹参治疗组)45例(53眼),对其疗效进行对比分析。结果:银杏达莫注射液治疗组总有效率(90.24%)明显高于复方丹参注射液治疗组(71.70%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对比分析,发现银杏达莫注射液治疗眼底出血疗效明显高于复方丹参注射液,且见效快,疗效确切,可推荐使用于临床治疗眼底出血。
Objective： To detect the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treating subhyaloid hemorrhage. Methods： Thirty-six （41 eyes） of subhyaloid hemorrhage were treated by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection and another group by Fufang Danshen injection in 45 cases （53 eyes）, then compared the effects. Results： The effective rate of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than that of Fufang Danshen injection groups. Conclusions： Effective rate of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection was higher than that of Fufang Danshen injection. So we suggest to treat subhyaloid hemorrhage by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in clinics.
