摘要
目的评价银杏达莫治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法银杏达莫治疗组39眼和复方丹参对照组34眼,应用2个疗程,观察视力变化并行统计分析。结果银杏达莫治疗组和复方丹参对照组,治疗后最后视力比较差异显著(P<0.05),前者较后者视力进步明显。结论银杏达莫治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞效果较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of curing the obstructed branching vein of the amphiblestrodes using ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection. Methods We put 39 eyes in the ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection curing group and 34 eyes in the complex prescription of Salvia miltion4fiza reference group, cure the patient with those medcines of two course of treatments, then observive the change of eyesight and carried out the statistical analysis. Results After the treatment, there had signifficant difference of the final eyesight between the two group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It had a good effect of curing the obstructed branching vein of the amphiblestrodes using ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection.
