摘要
我们发展了一个简单的中子阴极物理模型,对不同厚度组合阴极进行了蒙特卡罗模拟.通过与实验资料进行对比,证明我们的模型总体上是正确的.我们得到了最大探测效率时镀碘化铯的聚乙烯中子阴极的最佳厚度组合.
We have developed a simple physical model of neutron cathode. Secondary electron emitting is simulated for different thickness by Monte Carlo method. Campared with relevant experimental results,the model is proved to be reasonable. We also obtain the cathode's optimum thickness for the best detective efficiency.
