摘要
目的研究藏药十味消食散的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对十味消食散中的诃子、胡椒、荜茇、山奈、肉桂进行定性鉴别。结果五味药材的TLC鉴别呈阳性,阴性对照无干扰。结论所建方法简便、可靠、专属性强,可用于制剂中药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To study the method for quality control of Shiwei Xiaoshi granules.METHODS Terminalia chebula,Piper nigrum,Piper longum,Kaempferia galanga and Cinnamomum cassia in Shiwei Xiaoshi granules were identified by TLC.RESULTS The five species were positive in TLC identification.CONCLUSION The methods are simple,reliable,specific and can be used to control the quality of the granules.
