摘要
目的 测定天麻头风灵软胶囊中天麻素的含量。方法 采用HPLC法，Diamonsil^TM C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），甲醇-水（2：98）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长221nm，柱温30℃，进样量5μl。结果 天麻素峰与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离，在0．21～1．73mg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9994）。结论 该法简便、准确、专属性好，可作为天麻头风灵软胶囊中天麻素含量的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of gastrodin in Tianma toufengling soft capsules. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of a Diamonsil TM C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）, a mixture of methanol and water（2 ： 98） as mobile phase, the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength of 221 nm and the temperature of 30℃. RESULTS Gastrodin could be completely separated from other impurities. The linear range of gastrodin was 0.21 - 1.73 mg·ml^ - 1 （ r = 0.9994）, CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable for determination of gastrodin in Tianma Toufengling soft capsules.
