肝移植围手术期血栓调节蛋白及血管性假性血友病因子的变化

摘要 肝脏移植已经成为治疗终末期肝病的有效手段,但移植肝围手术期缺血再灌注(Ischemia/reperfusion I/R)损伤是肝移植手术中不可避免的病理过程,肝脏组织发生~系列代谢、结构和功能的损伤,是导致术后肝脏失功能、影响患者存活的重要因素之一。肝移植围手术期缺血再灌注可引起窦状内皮细胞损伤,血栓调节蛋白(TM)和血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)是内皮细胞损伤的标志物。本研究旨在观察原位肝移植围手术期可溶性TM(sTM)及vWF的变化。
