摘要
目的利用超声白蛋白微泡造影剂的"声孔效应"及靶向性,提高前列腺内的药物浓度。方法1周岁SD雄性大鼠40只,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、模型微泡组、舍尼通组和舍尼通微泡组。建模完成后分别处理和治疗。30d后,取前列腺,检测各组前列腺重量,观察病理学改变,测量前列腺组织IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-a含量改变。结果舍尼通组和舍尼通加微泡组前列腺湿重较模型对照组明显降低(P<0.05),慢性炎症的病理表现较模型对照组明显好转,舍尼通微泡组更为明显。前列腺组织IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α测定结果为:舍尼通组和舍尼通微泡组较模型对照组明显减少(P<0.01),和舍尼通组相比,舍尼通微泡组IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-a减少更为明显(P<0.05)。结论利用微泡可有效促进大鼠前列腺局部对药物的吸收,从而对前列腺炎的治疗起明显促进作用。
Objective To enhance medicine concentration in rat prostate to get better therapeutic effect by taking use of the "sound aperture effect" and site-targeted effect of ultrasound-Mediated albumin microbubble. Methods Total of 40 one-year-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups randomly, normal group, model group, ultrasound-mediated albumin microbubble group, cernilton group and ultrasound-mediated microbubble plus ceruilton group. Different treatment and therapy were given to different group.After 30d, the prostate weight, pathological changes, IL-1 β, IL-6 and TNF-α in prostate were measured. Results The wet prostate weight in cernilton group and ultrasound-mediated albumin Microbubble plus ceruilton group became significantly lower than that in the model group(P〈0.01). In comparision with that in the model group, pathologic characteristics of chronic inflammation was ameliorated significantly in the cernilton group and the ultrasound-mediated albumin microbubble plus cemilton group, espe- cially in the ultrasonnd-mediated albumin microbubble plus cemilton group. The expression of IL- 1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in cernilton group and ultrasound-mediated albumin microbubble plus cernilton group decreased compared with that in model group(P〈0.01). The level of IL-1β ,IL-6 and TNF-α in ultrasound-Mediated Microbubble plus cernilton group were lower than that in cernilton group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of nonbacterial chronic prostatitis might be improved by enhancing the concentration of drug in prostate with ultrasound-mediated microbubble.
