摘要
通过实验比较了两种频率的超声经ＳＤ大鼠皮肤透入１３１Ｉ的量和深度，放射免疫技术测定结果，显示低频超声透入药物的量多且深，说明低频超声有利于药物的透入。
In the article,comparison was made in ultrasonic therapy with two kinds of frequency(30kHz,800kHz)to study the volume and depth of 131I-iontophoresis by radioimmunoassay.The result showed that the volume and depth of 131I-iontophoresis through the low frequency(30kHz)were higher than another frequency(800kHz).It is suggested that the low frequency ultrasonic therapy is more helpful to drug iontophoresis.
