世界上最早创立的科技银行美国硅谷银行,走出了商业银行服务于科技中小企业的道路。我国科技银行已有初步发展,但在风险管理、运营特色及其它机制上存在诸多问题,应在服务平台、风险控制、经营模式和激励机制等方面有更多的探索。
The world＇s first Technology Bank created by Silicon Valley Bank in US. offers successfully commercial banking services to small and medium enterprises. China has developed Technology Bank, but in risk management, operational characteristics and other mechanisms have many problems, should explore more in the service platform, risk management, business model and incentive mechanisms.
