摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,乙硫醇和一系列的醛为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,合成了一系列新型缩硫醛化合物(a～f),用IR,1HNMR和MS证实了目标化合物的结构,并对一系列目标化合物进行了香气鉴定,结果表明所有目标化合物都具有浓郁的特征气味。
a series of ethylmercaptal（a-f）was prepared in dichloromethane, ethylthiol and a series of aldehyde as raw materials, using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, the structure of the products was characterized by IR,^1 H NMR and MS. The odour of the product was identified, the result shows that compounds have intense flavor.
