摘要
以空气为介质横向冲刷花瓣状翅片管(包括单管与管束)进行强化传热与流阻性能实验研究,并对其传热强化机理进行分析,结果表明,花瓣状翅片管的非连续周向翅片具有极好的传热强化效果,在实验范围内(Re=103~2×104),本文提出了横向冲刷花瓣状翅片管传热性能的计算方法与理论分析模型,其计算结果与实验值符合良好。
Experimental study is conducted to investigate heat transfer enhancement and flow resistance performance of air transversal flow over Petal fin formed tube,and mechanism of heat transfer enhancement is also analyzed herein.Results of the experimental study show that the non continuous circular fins of Petal fin formed tube have great effect in the performance of heat transfer enhancement.Within experimental data ( e ?10 3?2×10 4),the calculation methods and analytical models of heat transfer coefficient of transversal flow over Petal fin formed tube are put forward in this paper.The calculation results are consistent with the experimental data fairly well.
