摘要
管束支撑是管壳式换热器的重要元件,改变管束支撑的的形状和结构是强化传热的重要手段,文中详细描述和分析了弓形折流板、整圆形折流板、折流杆、螺旋隔板、空心圆环、管子自支撑结构、抗振折流杆和旋流片的结构特点和传热特性,并对各种管束支撑的传热性能比较。每一种管束支撑都有自己的特点和工作环境,其优缺点是相对的,但总的发展趋势是管束支撑物的结构加工工艺趋于简单化,传热强化和抗振功能明显提高。
The tube-bundle support is important component in tubular heat exchanger. Change of the structure and the shape of bundle support is animportant mean to enhance heat transfer. In this paper, structural and heat transfer characteristics of arch baffles, circle orifice plates, rod baffles, helical baffles, hollow circles, self-support structures, anti-vibration baffles and twisted-tape elements were described and analyzed in detail, and heat transfer performance of the various supporting were also compared. Every tube-bundle supporting has own characteristics and work environment, and its advantages or disadvantages were relative. But, the general development tendency is to make the structural processing of tube-bundle supporting simple. In this way, heat transfer can be enhanced and antivibration function can be improved obviously.
