摘要
对扁管管束的壳程传热及流阻性能进行了实验研究 .结果表明 ,在壳程传热面积和壳程进口体积流量相同条件下 ,扁管管束壳程的进出口温差效率、传热系数略高于圆管管束 ,其压降降低了 2 6%~ 42 % ,传热与流阻综合性能指标提高了 2 1 %~ 3 4% .
Experimental study was made of the transfer and resistance properties in the shellside of flat tube heat exchanger.The results show that the flat tube shellside inlet and outlet temperature efficiency.Transfer coefficient are a bit higher than those of the circular tube,while pressure drop decreasesby 26%~42%, and the heat transfer and resistance integrated property increases by 21%~34% under the equal heat area and shellside inlet volume flow rate.
