摘要
利用CH-2显微投影仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱技术和热重分析技术,对连续玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维的形态结构和热学性能进行了对比性分析.显微投影仪、扫描电镜和红外分析的联合结果表明,玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维的表面结构和化学组成类似,略有差异.连续玄武岩纤维也是由SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、FeO等氧化物组成的硅铝酸盐系纤维.热学分析表明,两种纤维的热学行为基本相似,相比而言连续玄武岩纤维具有更好的热稳定性.尽管玄武岩纤维因其原料廉价和优良的隔热性被应用于很多领域,但玄武岩纤维在人体热防护方面的实用性和防护性仍需深入研究.
The morphological structure and thermal properties of continuous basalt fiber and glass fiber, were analysed and compared using CH-2 projection microscope, SEM, FTIR and TG. The jointly analysis of projection microscopy, SEM and FTIR spectral show that the surface structure and chemical composition of the two fibers are similar. The basalt fiber, like glass fiber, is also a kind of aluminosilicate fiber which is composed of many oxides. The thermal analysis shows that two fibers resemble in the thermal behavior. In addition, continuous basalt fiber has a higher thermal stability than glass fiber. Although basalt fiber with good heat-insulating properties can be obtained from abundant and inexpensive natural resources, the practicality and protective properties, when used as thermal protection material for people, still need to be further studied.
