摘要
用成本分析的方法,预测了井下增压钻井技术中关键设备增压泵的性能、寿命、成本与钻井成本的定量关系;提出了该系只有达到最佳设计目标,推广应用才能有钻井成本下降和钻井周期缩短的最大效益;并初步对增压回路和有关参数从增压钻井机理、工艺要求和最佳设计目标等方面进行了定性、定量分析与对比;认真剖析了国外增压泵在井下机械断裂、密封失效、整机可靠性差的原因;介绍了国内井下增压泵取得的最新进展,同时指出,这项关键技术所具有的特点,已为达到最大效益创造了条件,带来了希望。
This paper predicted the performance of the boosting pump which is the major installation of downhole boost pressure drilling technology and the quantitative relationship between working life, cost and drilling cost by means of cost analysis. It presented that the drilling cost and cycle can be reduced in popularization and application only if the optimum design target is reached by the pump. Initial qualitative, quantitative analysis and comparison were made for booster loop and relevant parameters in terms of boost pressure drilling mechanism, process requirement, optimum design target and so on. The cause of downhole mechanical rupture, seal failure and bad reliability of foreign boosting pump was analyzed. Advances in boosting pump of China were discussed as well. This paper showed that the characteristics of this key technology had paved the way for achievement of the maximum economic benefits.
