摘要
井下增压器是超高压辅助钻进技术实现的重要装备之一,本文在总结现有井下增压器中过滤装置的设计与布置状况基础上,针对增压器的过滤装置进行分析和探讨,目的在于探索有效的过滤方式,通过对进入增压器的钻井液中固相颗粒进行分离过滤,减缓其对增压器的磨损,以提高装备的寿命。文中分别针对环空钻屑提出了几种防入措施,特别针对钻井液中固相颗粒,提出了井下分离器与增压器串联布置,以及在增压器中内置旋流分离核心的两种旋流过滤方式,并进行对比讨论。本文为井下增压器过滤装置的设计以及增压器寿命的提升提供有益的探索方向。
The downhole pump is a major part of the ultra-high pressure jet assisted drilling technology to achieve the high drilling efficiency. In this paper, it is summarized and analyzed that the design and arrangement of the filtration unit for existing downhole pumps. In order to increase the life expectancy and reduce wear damage, several measures and structure are proposed to prevent cuttings into the device. Particularly for solid phase particles within drilling fluid, two different effective measures are proposed, first is a series connection of the downhole separator and the downhole pump, another is a novel downhole pump with an internal hydro-cyclone filtration. All of these methods are compared and discussed in the paper. This work provides a beneficial direction of the exploration for design of the filtration part within the downhole pump and improving pump life.
