摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定金锭中锡。对样品前处理和氢化物发生条件进行了选择和优化。方法对锡的检出限为0.25mg/kg。方法的精密度(RSD,n=7)为1.91%-4.86%,回收率为90%~104.5%。
A method for the determination of tin in ,gold by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was proposed. The conditions for sample digestion and hydride generation were optimized by the experiments. The detection limit of the method for tin is 0.25 mg/kg and recovery is 90% - 104.5% with precision of 1.91% -4.86% RSD (n =7).
