摘要
研究火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定金中镁的方法。试样经稀王水溶解,在冒三氧化硫烟的条件下,单质金析出,FAAS法测定镁含量。方法检出限为0.0069μg/mL,测定镁质量分数分别为0.0020%和0.00050%的试样相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为4.2%和6.9%,加标回收率为96%~99%。
The method of determination of magnesium in gold by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is studied. Dilute aqua-regia is used to digest sample. Elemental gold is precipitated when sulfur trioxide smoking, thenmagnesium is determined by FAAS. The detection limit of the method for Mg is 0.0069μg/mL and recovery is 96% -99% with precision of 4.2% -6.9% RSD (n =6).
